Do you forget your appointment times/dates? Do you ever find yourself struggling to cancel and appointment? Well don't worry as our new appointment text reminder service is now LIVE! We will send your first reminder 7 days before & then 1 day before your appointment. If you need to cancel, you can via the text, just follow the instructions. We also have an optional Friends & Family test that you can complete if you wish. And don't worry, if you don't want to receive the texts you can opt out at any time.
Did you know we now have a Practice area tool so you can check if you reside within our Practice Area..! Go to the New Patients tab and into Practice Area, enter your post code and a box will pop up with the answer...!

With Patient Access you can order your repeat prescriptions online, book and view upcoming appointments and update your contact details. You can also download the app on your smartphone, see our homepage for the link!
*Please note: When you sign up for Patient Access, the Practice is notified and has to approve your access before you can begin to use the full range of services. This is usually approved within 2 hours but if you register when we are closed you will need to wait until the next working day. If the system does not recognise your details please come into reception and collect your username and pin number. PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A FORM OF PHOTO ID TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE*
We now have a new Pharmacist working at the Practice. His name is Cole McKee and he will be supporting us with all aspects of Medicines Management, you may see him around the Surgery or he may give you a call re your medication. If you would like any further information re Cole's role please speak to your Nurse or GP.
