Practice Email Directory

To help patients and external services contact the correct team quickly, we have created an email directory with dedicated inboxes for different queries.
Before sending an email, please check the descriptions below to ensure your message reaches the right department.

For patients, we kindly ask you only email the practice in the instance that we do not have an online form relating to your query.

For other ways to get in touch, please visit our contact us page.

All email inboxes are monitored by our staff as stated below. Please note that emails are not monitored on weekends, bank holidays, or during any pre‑arranged closures, including half‑day training.

General Enquiries

For all non-urgent questions that don’t fit into any of the categories below. This includes general information about the practice, services, or feedback. As well as patient clinical letters from external services, general information relating to a registered patient, coroner requests or secretarial support.

Reception Team

For queries about appointments, registration, or administrative support (including external services requesting patient summaries). Please note: appointment requests may be redirected to the appropriate booking process via our online forms.

Prescriptions Team

For repeat prescription queries, or issues related to your prescriptions. Pharmacies sending across patient repeat medication lists only.

Safeguarding

For professionals or individuals reporting safeguarding concerns involving children or adults. Receiving emails relating to case conferences that require reports.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

For those interested in joining our PPG or contacting the group about patient experience, events, or practice improvement projects.

Medical Records

Homeless Health Service
